Mode of payment and cancellations
The Classic Inca Trails
For the FIXED DEPARTURES in group, we need a deposit of 100 US Dollars. For the PRIVATE SERVICE we need a deposit of 200 US Dollars per person. It is to be sent to our bank account or can be paid online or in other ways the clients prefer. After this we will confirm the reservation of the Inca Trail as soon as possible.
Alternative Inca Trails
For the FIXED DEPARTURES IN GROUP AND THE PRIVATE SERVICE, we need a deposit of 100 US Dollars per person for all services. This deposit must be transferred to our bank account or can be paid online or in other ways the clients prefer. After this we will confirm the reservation of the Inca Trail as soon as possible.
Cancellations
The Classic Inca Trails
When a group or client decides to cancel, X-Treme Tourbulencia will accept this. But customers must know that costs already made for the Classic 2- and 4-days Inca Trail cannot be refunded.
Alternative Inca Trails
Cancellations must be done at least 30 days before departure. But customers must know that costs already made for the trails cannot be refunded.
