Prices
The costs of the service are in accordance with the number of people in the group and the time in the year. Low-season is from January to the end of April. High-season is from May to December. The prices are established every year in December and are the same for the whole year. They are yearly changed in accordance with the prices of entrances, transportation and so forth.
Note: Our prices are based on the number of participants in the group. Reservation: Just after receiving the confirmation of the dates and the acceptation of the prices of the itinerary, we save it in a file and confirm the booking by sending a scan. In case of groups, we need a "rooming list", to make the reservations for flights and hotels.
At the same time we need the information of the rooming list via e-mail to buy the entrances and reserve for the Inca Trail.
"Rooming list": FULL NAME, PASSPORT NUMBER, NATIONALITY, GENDER, OCCUPATION and ADDRESS. WE ALSO NEED TO KNOW ABOUT ALLERGIES OR BEING A VEGETARIAN.
