All pre-established itineraries that are considered group departures, in comparison with a FIT-itinerary (Free Individual Travel) must be reserved with us well in advance. The clients' information must be very precise, which means size of the group and the exact departure date. This is very important during high-season, which is from May to December.
Rules FIT (Free Individual Travel)
We design our itineraries in accordance with a database; we therefore need to know the maximal and minimal size of the group's service demands. The group member often decides to use the not included but optional modifications to the itinerary, such as extensions. The groups need to inform us about the demanded optional additions before the departure date. We guarantee departure at a minimum of 2 participants.
